We have developed a WordPress plugin that easily processes and displays transmitted data.
The plugin handles the following tasks:
- Receiving data from the sending device (smartphone, iPhone, etc.).
- Transcribing the raw data from the device into text that better suits the use case. (Optional)
- Storing the data in a table created by the plugin in the WordPress database.
- Preprocessing the data (e.g., various filters for hiding, re-ordering, …).
- Displaying the data on the website where the plugin is integrated. This is done in tabular form from up to 6 spitted tables and on a map.
- Exporting the data into CSV file and all photos by creating and downloading a ZIP archive.
- Many functions can be controled by own Plugin setting page in Backend of WordPress.
This sample plugin (in German and English) fulfills essential tasks. Since every use case will have slightly different requirements, additional features have been omitted for now.
